CHIAMAKA CHIDI
ASSOCIATE
Chiamaka is an Associate in the Corporate, Commercial and Fintech Practice Group of Koriat & Co. She provides legal advisory services and regulatory compliance, FinTech law support and legal representation to the Firm’s clients in litigation and ADR matters.
She represents clients on diverse matters relating to debt recovery and contract enforcement, estate administration and succession, employment disputes, enforcement of arbitral awards and foreign judgments, corporate disputes, liquidation and insolvency amongst others.
Chiamaka obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Lagos before proceeding to the Nigerian Law School following which she was called to the Nigerian bar.
Chiamaka is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators of Nigeria (AICMC) and member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
