Ohireime Eboreime leads our corporate and secretarial services team. Ohireime’s specialisations are business establishment, corporate advisory, secretarial services and regulatory compliance.
Ohireime was member of the legal team of the Nigeria Bar Association – Section on Business Law that reviewed the Companies and Allied Matters Act.
Before now, Ohireime has worked in the law firms of Udo Udoma and Belo-Osagie, Streamsowers & Kohn as well as the Rivers State judiciary. He holds an LLB, BL and currently undertaking an Advanced Postgraduate programme in Corporate Law and Governance. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators Nigeria (ICSAN), the Institute of Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC), and the Open Compliance and Ethics Group USA (OCEG).
