He provides legal representation and advisory services on contract drafting and enforcement, employment relations, asset tracing, economic and financial crimes, regulatory compliance, litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
Praise graduated from the Kogi State University, Anyigba and the Nigerian Law School (Lagos Campus) after which he was called to the Nigerian Bar.
He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
